You may have listened to my previous podcasts and be saying, "ok Jenny, I’m on board with my illness starting in my subconscious. But how do I find what is in my subconscious that is contributing to my symptoms?"

That is a great question and I would like to expand on that “how” today by giving the exact 4 step plan that I take my students through in the Mind Body Rewire program.
