Hopefully at this point, you have listened to part 1 and 2 of this food sensitivities series. If you haven’t I suggest you do, because well you are missing some great stuff, and some very foundational pieces to understanding food sensitivities and the information I will be discussing today. As a reminder those are episodes #23 and #22.
