If you have food sensitivities or allergies, you have most likely been given many protocols by many practitioners.
While these protocols have good intentions to help you because that is all these practitioners know, I really see them as life sentences to living in a cage. They are traps.
You know the ones, you need to take these supplements or medication to keep the inflammation down, avoid these foods and drink as much broth and kombucha that you can. By the way, you will never be able to eat dairy, wheat, white flour, sugar, egg, soy, night shades again in your life. O and did your mom have food allergies too? Then it must be genetic, so there is nothing we can do.

These protocols are traps. They not only keep you in the cycle of avoidance but most of all they keep you stuck in bad thinking patterns. Patterns that keep you from healing.
