#19 A Daily Routine for Healing

You have probably heard how important it is to have a daily routine. Studies show that those that have a daily routine are more successful and healthy. When I ask those that have chronic symptoms why they don’t have a daily routine for their healing, I get 2 answers: #1, I don’t know what I’m supposed to be doing and #2 I can’t stay consistent.
